Orgn. Needed to attain departmental objectives. Any changes or modification can be discussed with BOG. (time to time).

Finance Confirm with Accounts in preparing Fund flow and

Budget & Co-ordinate with the concerned personnel in establishing

Control objective controls and frequency of reports on fund flow.

Internal To structure the scope of work of internal audit team to identify the

Audit improvement in current system (working). Analyzing the findings by internal audit team and suggest improvement opportunity to the concerned Heads of Sales, Marketing etc.

Co- Ensure that fund flow plans are disseminated to operating heads of all

Ordination lines and departments and every attempt is made to develop complete understanding and development.

Resource Pool To keep a track of Sales revenue generation at various profit centers (Outlets) & to call away the out-standings and collections. Suggest the utilization plan in projectable manner and in line with the company goals.

Corporate Develop the Marketing financial analysis & administrative procedure to

- Creating and Improving Brand Image of PRODUCT

- Review of Development in the markets for the present Brands, Position

of the Product in the range

- Competition review, Main Brands, Difference between Brands and consumer preferences and perceptions.

- Future Developments and Innovation in Product line

- Pricing of the Product & New schemes for improving sales

- Survey of Competitors pricing, Discount methods, Margins, Schemes, Payment terms etc.

- Analysis of difference

- Deciding the need for National & Regional Advertising Work in close co-ordination with advertising agencies

SALES & MARKETING RESPONSIBILITY

Sales Planning Function

- Plan Annual Sales Projections for next 3 years in advance with expansion and diversification plans

- Develop Strategies to achieve objectives with training the NSM/RSM/ASM

- Prepare Action Plans in co-ordination with NSM/RSM/ASM

- Assess competitive threats and plan counter measures

- Assess market gaps - Plan new product introduction

- Continuously co-ordinate with (Outlets) to assess needs to achieve Sales goals and ensure these are met

- Continuously assess Manpower requirement and Personnel up-gradation, Impart desired Training, Enhance competencies of each Individuals by co-ordination with HR

To execute and manage a budget, monitor and evaluate sales activities and ensure that both profits and profitability are optimum (Rohit)

To identify potent areas for COCO outlets at all India level

To enter into agreement with property owners, properties due diligence, and assess the feasibility of business thru these outlets

Copy of the agreement should be given Commercial department for Sales Tax registration 7 weeks of prior to opening of outlet

Coordination with Agents for property scouting

Sales Forecasting and Budgeting

To make sales forecast product wise, brand wise, of each outlet at PAN India level quarter wise.

Outlet Opening

To ensure deadlines (5 weeks) of Outlet openings are met at PAN India level

Ensure proper VM is done at Outlets and Outlets has all Non-commercial products available for smooth functioning vis-, Carry bags, IT solution, Printed Stationery, Scissor, Measuring Tapes, etc (as per enclosed checklist and its timelines before soft launch)

Any requirements of special type arrangements such as Branding space should be negotiated with Malls

Marketing & Sales Promotions and Advertising:

Customer loyalty programmes (CRM) to be implemented

You will create promotional activities as per the outlets requirement to generate optimal sales

Create system of getting sales figures of competiting brands of each mall to keep as benchmark for sales of own outlets

Tracking outlet sales and its analysis as per retailing ratios, to ensure that each outlet is generating profits and economically viable

During a new outlet launch you will be responsible for coordinating with the agencies for the dispatch of promotional materials to all the outlets.

Supply Chain management

Installation of retail software and proper training of the same to the related staff with the help of IT team and retail HR Head.

Ensure all products availability in the outlet in coordination with the Logistics team

Create system for monitoring stock valuation of outlets, identification of slow/non moving items and its liquidation plan

Others specifics

Ensure outlet follows legal and commercial guidelines

To ensure that there are no commercial disputes with property owners
