Hi All,
I am little bit confuse about the notice period. Currently i am on notice period and I had taken a leave during 1 month notice period. But my lead says that if u have to take a leave in the notice period then your notice period will be refresh start. I want to relieving on time and i can pay 1 day fine amount if needed.
So basically, I just want to know is there any Law regarding the notice period which will be helpful for my situation.

notice period and entitlements(leave and other) is a matter between employee and employer and prevailing rules and regulations and also the terms mutually agreed upon at the time of appointment.There are no fixed guidelines for this.
