To theNew Joinees, In my opinion you should hold proper induction training program, to brief them about the company, the different rules and regulations.
They also need to be briefed about the different key persons in the organisations.

all you need to do is ask your management their Induction manual oif they have or had made it earlier.if its a new orgnization .trust me your going to learn a lot.
1.collect the info abt the company (since its inception/members/directors/investors complete Hirarchy )
2.show the Top-Down Management to your newly joined people.
3.Ground rules in the office
4.Employee benifits and Job Discriptions
7.The companies Vision and Mission
9.Work hours and days.
10.others if any .
