I would suggest you to pay more attention at the time of selection , interview of the candidate.
Try to judge the need of the candidate , ask question like why you want to join our organisation, why should we hire you, salary expectation, Reason for looking a change.
and then form a solution. If candidate is asking a salary of 2 lacs per annum and you are offering 1.5 lacs per annum.
that for sure that if he get the oppournities better than you offer he will quit. so always offer the salary as demanded by candidate this will reduce
the attrtion.

there are several standards for BPOs namely COPC, SA8000, Six Sigma. pls elaborate on your req surya

start with six sigma green belt.. fee varies from 5000/- upwards. several places to do it from: STQC, QAI, Indian Statistical institute, CII, & numerous private bodies..
six sigma is about blending of stats in business for improving productivity.. however people tend to exaggerate its power n use it everywhere..
eg lack of training doesn't require sigma..

if u want the quality people in u r organization check the grass root of candidates like how he completed his studies ,hobbies, their opinion on general topic it will give u an idea of the physce of the candidate

Dear Mr. Bhatt.
I read u r problem regarding recrutiment. my suggestion to u is to select job fit people according to u r job description . while screening the CV's if it matched 40-50 % of u r job requirment that would be good for u r requirment. if u want that the person criteria met atleast 80% then it would be very difficult to u get people. so screen the resume according to JD.
