Good stuff. one inclusion I thought was to have a proper "email signature", especially when the correspondance is with a external party. often its used in cluttered format and includes unnecessary details. Although this implies in your presentation, thought it should be highlighted.

Yours efforts to formulate 10 Commandments on mail ettiquites is really commendable. It is worthwhile to adopt all netigens. As far as my experience goes, I found many netigens/mailers do not bother to send un-necessary writings on the net. It is very necessary to incorporate a sense of integrity and worthiness in the minds of certain mailers. Your PPt is very much useful to such of the mailers, to adopt as it is not only useful for others, but also improve the relevant skills by the mail senders. I am very much impressed upon your commandments and I congratulate you to do such a wise act which is much useful to all.

The heading made me curious to download and go through the presentation.When I went through it I felt, "Oh whats the big deal.. even I am following these rules".But, when I took a sample from my inbox.. in each of the mails one or the other point mentioned the powerpoint was missing out. And same with the Sent item folder too. So, bottomline is maximum users of mail are making mistakes unknowingly. Lets be aware..and correct ourselves wherever we are wrong..

10 commandments is a good start, but don't get you there all the way.
Anothe pointer would be : Not to use chat language 14all and all41,xchange, xport, 4U, CU, grtz. Don't over due it with exlamation marks !!!!!!! Maybe another tip is not to put an entire army of friends in cc list especially when you mail to their corporate address. For not related to work mail don't put anyone in cc but all in BCC
