The heading made me curious to download and go through the presentation.When I went through it I felt, "Oh whats the big deal.. even I am following these rules".But, when I took a sample from my inbox.. in each of the mails one or the other point mentioned the powerpoint was missing out. And same with the Sent item folder too. So, bottomline is maximum users of mail are making mistakes unknowingly. Lets be aware..and correct ourselves wherever we are wrong..

Anothe pointer would be : Not to use chat language 14all and all41,xchange, xport, 4U, CU, grtz. Don't over due it with exlamation marks !!!!!!! Maybe another tip is not to put an entire army of friends in cc list especially when you mail to their corporate address. For not related to work mail don't put anyone in cc but all in BCC
