I have recently been connected with real estate developer company and I have been assigned the job for legal and / or labour compliances.
Our company outsources the construction / engineering work to contractors. I understand in order to comply with Labour Laws, we need to get ourselves registered as principal employer. What all other provisions are required to be complied with as main developer in a project more specifically under Labour Laws
