Head hunting is a process in which the Rep meet the desired qualified person personally and discuss the matter. Here the Rep locates the desired personnel from various industries and contact them directly. Benefit is you get the person as per the job description for the post.

Headhunting is a recruitment strategy where one find , source , and look for a prospective applicant to any possible area where they can be found.Example: Engineers-can be source to an existing construction project. The main objective is to find the right person for the job.Communication skills important in this recruitment activity. You just need to understand your requirement,then Map all top competitors and finally start Tapping competitors...
Sounds easy........... but it ain't....but it's every effective for sure.

The best way to head hunt is to tap the competitors through community groups like linkedin. i recently asked a recuriter the source, he shared me this idea. Best regards Vavilala
head hunting is the one of the best way to have a particular profile u r looking for portal. first make your self cofident and start by mapping the companies and target them:-)
