Relieving letter and Experience Certificate from your present/last employer.
Last drawn Salary Slip / Certificate showing monthly salary and Annual benefits, from the present employer.
by Relieving letter and Experience Certificate from your last employer, you can do background verification of the employees. you can drop email to his last employer for Example- Please find attached

Would appreciate if you please let me know if the person has left the organisation given different reason and tell recruiter of new company the other reason so will it make a difference in getting a job while doing ref check at managerial level or middle mgmt level.
