Hi everybody,
Being a boss is never good. You can never see a good boss, if you happen to then e is not a boss. If you observe properly you can always see a leader in him/her.
Be a leader and not a boss.
Leaders are the one who will be an example for others.
So you decide.
“When asked what in your leadership enabled you to create so many millionaires,” Andrew Carnegie replied, “You get what you seek in life. If you seek filth, you find filth. I sought gold in my people and they turned out to be my goldmines”.

Dear members,
I have enclosed a audio from JIM Collins . Listen to this carefully . You will understand what leadership is all about. Also read the book GOOD TO GREAT by Jim Collins . This is a book written as part of a research of how few great companies in US has survived over long period and what the leadership is all about starting with individuals who are great contributors. it is not necessary to be a CEO to bring a change. Bring ownership in the organisation by practicing . BOSS is no more about Bossing over and Bosting, IT is all about developing team, Mentor like Narayana murthy, Knowing when to empower, withdraw and giving opportunity to and acknolwedging their achivements, taking on self all failures.
