I am an acting QA Manager of one call center here in our country, yet I don't have enough knowledge of what is exactly being reported to the upper management pertaining to Quality. Can someone pls help me what kind of reports I need to send to the management pertaining to quality? or someone pls provide me a template of reports about it.
