hello everybody,
i have a confusion regarding leave that suppose an employee has taken 1 CL, 1EL, 1SL in a particular month. so i want to know that while calculating the monthly salary this will be calculated as a paid leave or not. and if it exceeds 3 days then what is the procedure for that particular month while calculating the salary.

Hello Smita,
If an employee takes any leave according to the leave eligibility, he/she should not be deducted anything in the salary even it exceeds more than 3 days which means those are paid leaves.
However, if your company norms is different in the leave eligible criteria, then it varies.
