:-) very nice. Touching...I have seen this before..and the thoughts that came then are still the same to me, now..The simple & basic things or acts in life are the ones , which we grew up with. Like the maiden name the ppt. talks about. Unfortunately in the rushing for the game of life ( materialism), we lose our basic sense of enjoying life & eventually fall in a trap of work/family/stress syndrome, in the process losing our individual identity.
Do what you want to do , whenever you want to do. And do it with a BIG SMILE.

Very nice ppt. Bala

The one simple MANTRA to do this , which to me is the genesis of all things living & taught by the sages from ancient times in various forms is ;
LIVE IN THE MOMENT...
Whatever you are doing at the moment , give your 100% to it.
It is like keeping everything aside , while doing the work at hand. It may be your job , spending time with family , doing yoga or whatever.
Of- course, discipline & time-management are the essential part of this drill...
What do you say , Bala ?

Hi All,
I just want to repeat what Shant65 said:
"LIVE IN THE MOMENT...
Whatever you are doing at the moment , give your 100% to it."

That is what it is and will be.....................................
