Hi all,
According to new government notification, ESIC and PF challan should be combined with the effect from 01-04-2010. i.e. there will be no separate pf and esic challans or you can say that both the challans are now one challan. I have attached government notification and ESIC CHALLAN in excel so that it would be easy for all my friends to prepare ESIC AND PF challans.

Form 3A means monthly PF contribution of an employee.
Form 6A means yearly PF contribution of an employee.
If the basic of an employee rs 1000, PF contribution (3A) of that employee like below:
basic 12% 3.67% 8.33%
mar paid in apr 1000 120 37 83
apr paid in may 1000 120 37 83
may paid in june 1000 120 37 83
june paid in july 1000 120 37 83
july paid in aug 1000 120 37 83
aug paid in sept 1000 120 37 83
sept paid in oct 1000 120 37 83
oct paid in nov 1000 120 37 83
nov paid in dec 1000 120 37 83
dec paid in jan next year 1000 120 37 83
jan paid in feb next year 1000 120 37 83
feb paid in mar next year 1000 120 37 83

Total 12000 1440 444 996
And the 6A contribution of that employee is the total amount of contribution (colored).

Anyone Can Help me to solve my querry.
I am handling a Accounts of Banquett Hall, and there is 3 employee on salary basis, There is no registration of firm, But We register in Service tax. and we are paying as my Boss is also want pay Some PF and ESI for there Employee for there benefit.
So is this possible having a 3 employee and Company is not register under Company act.
But he wanted to get registered in PF and ESI is this possible if Possible then please tell me the procedure.
