Dear
You will find it everywhere. THe changes came in this world is not a single day effort and with the easy ways. If you want to change the system, be in the system and advance slowly keeping your eyes and ears open.
FIrst thing you have to do is gain the faith among empyoees and with in the organisation.

First, try to stop judging the company - it has managed for 28years with the current system - always remember, you have 6 months experience and maybe some of the people working in the organisation have 6 years of experience - if you want to make changes and upgrade the existing systems, first get permission from your immediate superior, once this is ready, show it to him, ask for his inputs and suggestions and ideas on how to improve on what you have created etc. then, as him how he thinks it could be put into place and and praise the ideas he gave you ... to everyone, so that it almost appears to be his project - gradually, by constantly talking about him and his ideas to other colleagues, in front of him, let him make the move to put it in place.

Totally agreed with Cheryll. Arpan you must learn that all those who are above you make them feel comfortably superior. If you want to impress them with your talents, don’t display them that much or you might accomplish the opposite “inspire fear or insecurity”. Always make them feel that they are more brilliant from you.
Now, when you are looking for you work done; always show what they are going to get out of it. What is their interest if you complete this task? Always uncover something in your request for them.
Always know with whom you are going to deal. Every person is different then other and will react differently. So, look out for right person who will support you for you work.

Be innovative. Apply your raw skill to introduce the wanting systems gradually from time to time. Other people would automatically start coming to you with their feedback, i.e., suggestions, criticism, negatively or positively, which can help you improve your skills by the passage of time by learning from such events of self help leading you to perfection. Otherwise nobody would come to your help without seeing your own initiative.
