we have justed started up with a new it company and we have a team of 25 people. Now, we dont a hr department nor do we have the hr guy at the moment.
So, its all upto me to take care of. Now i want to know about the salary breakup.... And how, the pay-slip is made, how is the tax, hra, lta, calculated.
Supposing the salary is 6 lacs p.a, how can we break the salary into various parts..... Like the basic, hra, lta, ppf.
Please help me out with different samples so that its easy for me to make the pay slips for the employees.
