hi.dear frends,

it was really difficult to read mentle of an interview for an hr position.the main thing is that for a fresher the parameteres for asking questions is diffnt than for a experiencd one.how?
are the freshers r more perceptive in getting the questions being askd to thm or the wavelength of dialogues maintain effectively frm bth th ends.the essence of conducting interview is not to pull a leg of a candidate but an attmpt in making candidate more comfort in his own aura.but interviewer weighs ur calibre and potentials to evaluate ur capacities towards delivering the co.objects.he/she wants to judge u how best u can befit into the shoes of co's requirements.they also test u diffnt parametres of situations (contingencies) where u cud b tested on the curricula.focuss & locus cud b the two parametres on which whole interview is based.for experiencd persons interview is quite easy b'coz the candidate is very fresh & has nt ben exposed to external environment.while with the experienced ones the level of questions framd in a very tricky & cris-cross.and moreover it is focussed on ur whole experiences, so how the person replies depends more or less the conviction, perceptional values, value additions, the attitudinal diffrences workd out. go w a gud mood & moral high, energies to drive away any situation, analytical minds, calculative & the most ultimate is confidence levels within u.
At any point of time any questions cud b thrown it is candidate who has to judge the trajectories of it.Am I true?
Please post replies so that if i hav mistakn i wud correct myself.

It is Hard to understand what you wrote as you are using all sorts of shorthand and abbreviations.( "cud","u", w a gud "). But in essence if I understand you correctly , "attitude" is what will give you an edge. The degrees (Ba/Ma/Phd/BS) are of no consequence if you cannot be perceived as a "fit", a team player and as some value to the organization. What exactly is the purpose of education?, we need to ask and fully comprehend this. In the final analysis you only use 10% of what you have learnt!
