Hi dimpo nosal

Your message is very very short just giving "project report on 'employee aspirations' " to guage whether it is a good topic or not.

However, "employee aspirations" is a special half page space provided by companies on their official Application for employment.
Employee is asked to write "why they are selecting this post" in the company or what they wish to aspire in the given post or designation.
This is a very cruicial topic and important thing for the employee to write in this space.
Employers just turn the last page and see what is written about employee aspirations. Here whether they take this job with keen interest and wish to step up in their career ladder or just taking the job for time pass.
Fortunately I have never happen to fill one for my employment. But my friend who applied for the company "capsules" in bombay was given an application to fill and the last page contain a half page column to fill in the details.
So I have given him dictation to write on a piece of page since I know about his qualification and the post of typist/secretary he is getting in the company. When he attended the Interview he was only asked "how he has written this information". He just explained as I have told him to answer.
So this is a good project but on the contrary if the company has an appraisal system and an efficient management then it is useful. Especially in HR based company this is a must.
Good Luck, If you need more information please let me know.

From Saudi Arabia ,
When u say 'Employee Aspirations' it is assumed that the person is already working. A working person may want to suggest changes in Carrer path, Change of field of work, acquiring additional qualifications- An employee who has been for some time with a particular compny or organisation is more realistic about his/her aspirations accordingly i think interview with people who have been alteast 3-4 years in an organisation will make a very interesting study.
