Hi Frns,
I am Rashmi from Navi-Mumbai.Basically I m new to this group & need ur help.U am A BSC Grad..n hav 1 year exp in Consulting Firm..I hav even applied for PG in HR frm some college wich wud be starting from may.
My concern is that I am looking fr HR Training Institute wich can giv me practical knowledge in HR Field of Generalist Profile in Mumbai.Unfortunately I am getting in Banglore and other states but not in MUmbai.Can any1 help me with any such course where gamets like generalist profile-performance management, MIS, Legal Compliances,How to make an appomtment letter wit proper salary breakup,payrolls,etc..will covered in an organized way i less duration like a week or a month or evn a 2 day workshop ,bit in organized way..Unfortunately mumba doesnt hold any..Let me know if any1 wud start 1 or knowz 1.I know in banglore www.hrhouse.com..Plz help me with mumbai.

Points to be observed while closing the Position.
Induction: - Points to be incorporated in induction program. Hand holding or Buddy program for a new Joinee.
