I have done my My Graduation From DU (correspondence) and Now doing my MBA through ICFAI(Distance Learning):!:
I am working as an Front Office cum Admin Executive in a MNC and wants to change my field to PR or HR Generalist.. Would anybody help me regarding the related tips that can be taken to upgrade my skills for the post.... Any requisite and particular thing which i would have to add up to my profile.................:confused:.........

Hi Shruti,
You can do specialization in the field you have to go, like if you are selecting PR or HR; for this i must say you one thing is if u are entering into PR field you shud be quite bold enough in handling and dealling, no doubt it will come form experience, however it will too require your answering abilities and if you are going for HR the main thing focussed there will be reading the lines and finding more wat's behing the picture, so it on u in which u feel more interest.:icon4:
If u go for HR i'll suggest u to switch on ur job to a reputed recruitment firm where there is an organised system and u can learn a lot many things related to HR, major focussing on Recruitment process. And then u may switch on to HR related profile into a good company and then ur journey to ur career gets started.:)
