This is really wonderfull, and motivational stuff.
It's our point of view, how we are looking at the problems, if we want to change solutions are always there.
'Every coin has two sides' (except Sholle's:-):)) part of joke but there was also the challenge 'do or die'.
Really thanks for the PPT, please send more motivation stuff on

It took a while to download the ppt as it would break off in the middle. Took me 11 tries before I could download the entire ppt. The ppt is good and inspiring. But as someone said somewhere, it is difficult to walk the talk. Gandhiji once said you have to be the change that you want to see in others. Too often people get discouraged by failures, the inability of the boss to see / understand the other point of view, ego issues, personality issues, role mismatches, peer pressure, unjust comparisons, discontented / demotivated bosses, easy alternatives etc which prevent a person from realising one's true potential. One of my friend used to tell me that more often than not success follows a struggles in life when the person fights with his back literally to the wall. A look around will reveal many person young and old who have succeeded because they had a particular trait. Such traits are alway smore inborn than cultivated and the secret, I think, is to recognise the trait and give it full play. Do I sound vague?
In order to understand all points you have put in necessitate a cool and and calm mind. To my mind it definitely calls for EMOTIONAL MATURITY.:-). I hope you will at least partly agree with me that Emotional Maturity is essentially the SUM of the two Intelligences viz., Emotional Intelligence and Social Intelligence. In my opinion you may kindly expand the points with the aid of the above two parameters so that the viewers of the slides would get an excellent opportunity to assimialte your approach into their system.
Hope I have not overstepped.
Thanks and regards

Powerpoints are great and they really are great to share, but if some of you are planning to use them in your presentations please be careful since this could get your organisation in trouble.
I would suggest the person posting the powerpoint to be specific about the source of the material so that people are aware that certain material is protected under International Copyright laws.
If you are interested in more such presentations, there are a few on www.youtube.com and just type motivation or any topic that you wish to see, they will also tell you if it is protected , or if it can be shared..
all the best and sorry if I sound condescending.
