2. CL which are casual leaves and they are claimed under unplanned and unavoidable circumstances.
3. SL which are sick leaves claimed by the employee when he or she is not well.

Hi All,
This is as per the govt and my knowledge.
Total Earn Leave :15 PL (Privilege Leaave) and 12CL(causal Leaves)/SL=27 in an year (jan to Dec) apart form 10days National Letter)
Accumalation of leaves would be as per belwo:
PL: Every employee will be entitled 15days of leave with wages which shall be calculated a the rate of one day of leave for every twenty for days workded performed by him /her.
1 Paid leaves can be carried forward in the following year and can be accumulated to a maximum of thirty days
2 At the time of leaving the organization all the leaves accumulated by the employee will be paid off to the employee at the rate of his/her current gross salary.
Cassual/sick leave: Every employee will be entitled to aavail 12 causal cum sick leave in year. this will be calculated for every employee on an pro rate basis from the date of joining the organization. any employee who avails more thtn 2 day of sick leave need to produce a medical certificated up n returining to work. any employeewho avails more than 2 day of sick leave need to produce a medical certificate upon returning to work.not more than 2 CLs can be availed for consecutive days.
