Hi,
M.B.A is a magical word which has got value. But you have to gain good knowledge in it. If you have good knowledge you can be a person with flying colours.
By being a femal it is an added advantage as you have opted for H.R, psychoogy ladies are having advantage over gents in H.R. field.
If you want any guidance in your M.B.A you can contact me in my mail i.d

Hi Vijaya Ji,
You are on the write path. You should complete this MBA-HR. And the Unijversity is one of the best I am telling you. I have complted my Business Admin thru this University only. Very professional..... no doubt. Irrespective of the University we will have concentrate on our sub and come out successfully. Hope, by that time you finish your MBA, the market may do well and you may good good job. Pl. do not worry about the future at all. We will put the seed now and the always there is a result. HR is a bridge between the Employer and the Employee. So there is tremendous scope always. Once Employer and Employee have faith on your abilities, then you will flourish.
As per your qualification and experience gained by you in various aspects of a manufacturing company that too Electronics, and holding MBA(HR) you can start a recruiting firm proving able handed Electronic Engineers.
As you yourself has experience this is the correct profession you can start and I am sure will go a long way in your life as an independent so also helping employees and employers.
