Hi Rahul,
Its great to know your willingness to learn and succeed. Well as you say your interest doesnt lie in pursuing an MBA but it lies in SAP HR and you have an experience of 2.4 years, you need to define your career path i.e what exact in HR is it that you want to do (Ex: Recruitment & Selection, Generalist, Payroll, Statutory compliance). In addition to this there is also HRIS that MNC's are working upon.
When you take up any further course you 1st need to secure your returns of the investment (money and time).
However, looking at your experience and your interest SAP HR is a much better option than MBA; but to warn you- there are several institutes that portray colorful picture of doing a SAP course from their institute.
Be careful in choosing the right path. ALL THE BEST

ROHAN
