My employer had not paid me for 2 months [October & November 2008] salary & allowance; it has been one month since I left the company, still haven't received it and am at home only looking for other job now.
I joined at August 2006 IT company [yearly contact basis] my franchise has been deputed in one company and company has been deputed in there client place. Am responsible for company rules & regulation, reporting to company manager, From August 2006 to March 2008 I worked with one client [We have on-line attendance marking, my manager has done contact renewal in time & salary also has been hiked on August 2007] April 2008 my manager has transferred me to other client told me that you will get salary hike promotion [designation / role change] along with General / Day shift only.
In new site I got only general / day shift, but not got the salary hike & promotion on April 2008, My new reporting manager on this client has been told that you will get salary hike & promotion on August month while contact renewal time. In august 2008 month on attendance portal my reporting manager had done the contact renewal, along with from franchise to company employee and from backend Team Company HR has send me the application for employment form also.
I have received the August & September 2008 salary in October 2008 end.
I visited my franchise and checked they are telling contact your manager, they need to process manually.
Also my franchise has been released / issued / handed over my reliving latter in Oct last week it self.
I waited for 4 month [Aug, Sept, Oct & Nov] my contact has been not renewed , employment also not confirmed, salary & allowance also not received for Oct & Nov.
My attendance also has been stopped by company in Sept.
From Aug to Nov I have correspondence with by mail to all [franchise, reporting manager & HR]
In Nov last week I got an accident, I send the mail & informed [also called up informed that as per doctor advice am not able to come office for one week & ready to submit the doctor report if needed]
After 3 day’s my manager has send the mail to all & informed candidate / recourse has been absconding.
Then I stopped to going to the office.
Please help me out how get the salary / whom to contact.

There is not much you can do on this issue as there period you have signed the attendance form september to november you havent signed .
now only thing you can do is approach some consumer type courts that will be applicaple to companies as well .so that you can retrieve your salary but for this you have to shell excess amount so just check if you could go to court that could be got but should be ready for alternative also.
