I am Murali working as HR assistant in hotel industry, i had 6 months Expereance in hotel industroy because i am fresher for the HR field . I had compleated my MSW (HR) in present Year. i have thearoy Knowaladge about Leave managment But Comparing To Practicale it will be cunfused .
i need leave managment regarding PL,CL, SL,C/o - Elegiblety, How many leaves can be provide fo employee. and procedure. please suggest me and send deatails my favour.;-)

Leave management depends upon the nature of establishment & the State. As per the Karnataka Shops and Establishment Act, leave entitlement will be as under:-
one day for every twenty days work performed.
one day for every fifteen days of work performed by young person
In case of female employee, ML for any number of days not exceeding twelve weeks.
The following are compulsory holidays with wages
26th Jan, 1st May, 15th Aug, 2nd Oc and 1st Nov. Besides, five festivel holidays for such festivals as the employer may specify (out of 52 festivals given in the schedule) in consultation with employees can be given.
Normally, leave entitled will be under:-
Half a day sick leave per month. gets accumulated-non encashable.
2 days PL per month - accumulation can be 180 days or every year some employers will allow encashment to avoid future financial burden.
12 days Casual leave - get lapsed
