I totally agree with the saving and charity bit that makes a difference.
But think of it like this...we buy an expensive car..wheres the charity, we eat an expensive meal...wheres the charity, we go for an expensive holiday...wheres the charity?
Those spurts of generosity which we think are out of this world, are just false help lines which lack consistency.
If its actual charity that we want to get into, sacrificing a bit of our luxuries for that is worth it as luxuries are catered to constantly.
