Hi Arun,
You can conduct a survey in your organization asking various questions related to things which can be incorporated in the organization to improve thw work life balance.
You can discuss the results of the survey with your management & analyze the implications of adopting those measures.

Thanks for your valuable suggestion. The organisation for which I am conducting the project has about 70% operatives and 25% supervisory and 3-5% of management people. The attrition rate is high in the first 2 levels. The reasons are under investigation. Out of my personal relationship with the employees, I learnt that most of them have a mind set of moving out of the organisation once in every year.
Do you think, It will be resultive if I ask employees about the reasons for quitting? Provide me the needed help.
