I want to know that employee not covered under ESI ,can claim for medical exp. or not, and is there any limit for claiming the amount.
And also know that is there any provision that it is complsary to Co. for pay the medical reimbusement for those employee not covered (Gross salary > 10001) under ESI.
If the one is not entitled for ESI or Mediclaim so hw could you provide the same, if the org. not provide any kind of mediclaim so employee is not eligible for medicalim policy.
