PF annual contribution details has to be send to PF authority i.e. individual contribution of whole year (in form No.3) & monthly remittance details in Form No.6. according to this details they will be crediting the individual contribution to respective their PF accounts. It has to be submit on or before 24th April of the every year.

Hi,

PF Annual return deposit in PF Office on form No. 3A and Form 6A.
We are mentioning the monthly PF contribution of an individual in Form 3A.
and in form 6A we are mentioning total annual contribution.

The last date of submission of PF Annual Return is 12 April of every year.

Last date is 30th april every following year & the year should be mar to feb of following year

ex : Fin. Year 1st mar '07 to 29th feb '08
Annual Retrn. last date is 30th april '08

PF Annual return is compiled statement showing the total amount that we have remitted towards our P.F account.Form 3A shows the individual payment showing monthly wise his PF Slary and Avg working days his and Emplyer monthly contribution.
Form 6A Shows the total monthly contribution paid on account of all the employees by the empoyer (seperately,emplyer and emplyee)and this total would tally with the Total of Form 3A Individual statement.
