Dear Shashi Pujari,

If work allocation to each individual or a small team is likely to continue for a reasonable period say one to three months then the sheet must first have Job description followed by sequence of actions required until that task is finished. Even it has to be changed daily the format (blank) with date written can be given to the individual or team. The concerned must tick mark activity completed and sign at the end of the format.
The format has to be designed and finally approved by your quality manager.
