How to write a circular for change the time of office to the staff !! :lol:

All the staffs are informed that our office working hours will be changed as follows with the effect from 1/08/08 .Request you all to coordinate with HR Depaertment decision.

8.30 to 5.30

lunch time will be 12.30 1.30

This is to inform you that our office timings has been changedwith effect from 11.8.2008.
The timings are:
9.00a.m to 6.00p.m
Lunch Break:
