The job would involve setting up and initiating the Human Resource Practices in the Company. The function would involve initiating All Human Resource Functions including Recruitment, Training, and getting a system in place for all HR functions across the domain.

Reports To: Management
Functions:
Job Responsibilities would include the following:
a. Setting up the HR function / Policies/Procedures
b. Recruitment at all Levels.
c. Setting up Admin & Training functions
d. Overseeing Staff loyalty, Motivation and Retention Programmes.
The ideal profile is Graduates / MBAs (around 25-35 yrs of age) with 4-5 years of relevant experience of which some experience in Retail domain in a HR role would be an added advantage. Experience in Recruitment and Training is a must.
