Im Francis Rajan. Joined the wagon just a month ago. I bumped into the citeman when I happend to search for some ppt... and ended up joining u guys...
Im into a training business especially softskills for students both in schools and colleges....n have done couple of them in corporates too...
Iv been a passive participant so far jus going thru the msgs on the forums which i find interesting...
My observations are that:
There is active participation by the members
Members are quite experienced in their area of expertise
An atmosphere of trust and openess
Ofcourse not to mention the helping spirit towards those who r luking for info in the last min.

Now to the actual matter: I have been solicited by a small organisation of 100+ employees who want to get performance appraisal done...they require evaluation on the work process and productivity. How do i go about it?
I have brushed up my basics (college)...but still need help in terms of some appraisal forms which can be used with certain modification in the Indian set up...
Can any one help me in this area please. As usaual this query is on warfooting..meaning asap
