well, it will be too difficult to give any inputs here if you set such a big topic without going into specifics. what do you mean by full hr cycle? full hr management cycle or what?

You can easily get HR basic functions through any web site, just do one thing put 1 hour dedication to wards HR learning only basic you will be definatly get your answer. believe me its realy helps.
While HR is for various groups of the organization for developing hem to achieve organizational objectives, individually, a person fresh from the college enters a company empty handed and retires with some PF / Gratuity with some brickbats and bouquets. The HR policy determines how he has to grow within this period. Some lucky guys are satisfied and elated but most of the guys end up as also rans. In nut shell, HR has a peripheral role in development. The real thing comes from within only.
I am a core HR person, but due to the sudden departure of one person from P&A deptt. who was handling all the PF, ESI, and GRATUATY related issue. Now this responsibility has come to me.
Therefore i would request you to kindly advise me for the no. of forms which has be filled and for what purposes for PF, ESI, GRATUATY etc.

1.Recruitment of an employee
2.Induction of an employee
3.Probation confirmation of an employee.
4.Training given to an employee based on the performance assessment of the concerned employee.
5.Annual salary review of the employee.
6.Transfer of the employee based on the job profile and requirement in a particular site/office.
7.Completion of Exit Formalities once the employee leaves the company.
