Dear All
While going through the provision of Contract Labour(R & A) Act it is not mentioned anywhere in act that Pricipal Employer should renew his Registration Ceritficate(RC) yearly and for this timely submission for renewal is mandatory by office of the Dy.Commissioner of Labour (Maharashtra State). Since there is specific provision for renewal of Contract Labour License in the said Act but no provision/section in the Act directing to renew the RC.
Will you focus on the same. I think amedment is require in said Act
