Explaining My Project.

Hi folks. My name is Sreekanth and i am working as a free lance recruiter. I already have experience of 1 year as a HR also.

The reason i am posting this thread is I am planning a RPO based company. I already got proposals from some clients to whom i have to supply the manpower through recruitment.

The thing is i have to explain my project and the work i do in the company to investor from whom i will get the funds..

I am feeling very nervous about how i have to explain my project and the way i have to present my project. I planned to make a paper presentation about my project. But i am confused how i should present the project and how to impress him. this is my one and only chance.....

Please can anyone advice me about it....

Hi Friend,

Before approaching any investor or client, have an entity formed, have your profile ready detailing the activities you do under your brand, then proposal exclusive to him. I guess this should help you projecting yourself to your investor/ client. Be clear to the extent possible on each and every sentence of yours

You should be ready with certain details like
1. years of experience
2. No of cases closed
3. Achievements
4. Challenges you faced and the way you resolved
5. Value adds you might have given to your clients
6. Any thing else you might feel that can be of some value to your client

Put all these in some Quantitative format and I believe you should be done

apart from what he said I would suggest you to make a power point presentation that will give a better impact..
