greetings.
it was a nice attempt to see yr post for advanced lean six sigma rating. as the sigma process itself denotes the efficiency & implementation standards design to work upon any standard procedure of any operation in an organizational statute.Am i on the right track?
The industrialization in India began in the early 80's when late pm mrs.i.gandhi analysed the growth potentials hidden in corporate organizations. Later as the time goes by, the companies themself have realized the importance of it.Anyway this pace of growth in corporate sector has been further continued after signing GATT Agreement, where every is accountable for maintaining corporate element in their controls meeting competency for their products. The business process re-engineering is nothing but setting our own growth plans and act according to the market forces those which visible & those which are not visible. So that an organization continued to work upon its products to make it more stringent in external atmospherics & gain the realizement of changes which have implemented. so does the competency in that product maintains vis a vis the business cycle for that product is establised.the result is companies dwindle profits on it & continue co's Product Life Cycle.
the main essence of introducing six sigma was to implement the set standards & objectives for the effective implementation of plane within shortest span of time.So that no repurcussion or negative factor for that facility cropped up.
However the basics of operation focusses only on few aspects ie Manpower (Managing Labour),Materials (the goods or raw),Methodology (the process), Machinery (the machine & its techno), Money Management,(the financial) & Management of conducting any operation.All these 6 M's contribute to attributes of Manufacturing.
