Not actually it depends on the appointment letter, if you are on probation it is possible that anybody can be removed from services.
Generally any reason forwarded to you is just a reason,attimes a real reason also.
You should check the appointment letter for the clause of notice.
Sometimes the company makes adjustment like if clause in the appointment letter is 3 months but they don't want the employee they will pay 2 months salary & 1 month notice in which he can do the hand over , look for other job & get the experience letter.
