Hi there,
pls ensure first which type of house keeping activity you need to carry out on routine, weekly and monthly bases? then decide manpower needed for it. Then decide the area to be covered for that and divide it according to manpower and for forms like horizontal, vertical and ceilings. e.g. floor is horizontal, windows doors are vertical, first, identify the area which needs more care, identify area which is risky and tough and give special attention to it. issue individua check list for the work to all the workmen which will give them responsibility to work. check n verify it too. For the material to be used for the cleaning u hv to observe ones and then u will get idea how much will required for the day and for the month. Make changes according to your ideas.
