Dear All,
I am working as a Procurement Manager with a MNC, we are in to Shopping Centre Management. as an additional responsibility I have to complete a labour Compliance audit for all my direct employees and out sourced employees in security, housekeeping, electromechanical services at various sites.
I would be greatful if someone can advise me what all are the laws applicable, documentations required to ensure 100% compliance.
