Pocket Booklet For ISO 9001

Hi all,

My company is planning to go in for ISO 9001.My boss has asked me to prepare a Pocket booklet or a kind of a ready reference not more than 8 pages about ISO 9001 to distribute it for site staff.Mine is a engineering service company.I have planned to put company Quality policy,8 Principles.Suggest me some more ideas plz.......

Hi,

Its a great idea to make the pocket size booklet to distibute among employees which ensures the communication of standard implementation.

You can include the principles of Standard, Quality Policy, Quality Objectives (if it's generic and applicable to all), excerpts of Standards or the clausewise headings of standards etc.

You can also include the important definitions as well as Process Approach representation in the booklet. I think this will suffice the 8 Page space.
