In my organization we have 6 persons in ESI slab as per new rule (i.e. Gross up to 15000 from May 2010) and we don’t have ESI no for our company. Total employee strength comes up to 30. Should we deduct esi for these 6 employees? And what is the procedure to get ESI No. for the organization. These 6 emploees are not direct employee they under direct contract employee...
